What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting DevOps operations on weekend coverage (Saturday–Monday schedule with flexibility)
• Maintaining and improving cloud infrastructure across multiple global regions
• Optimizing deployment pipelines and environment provisioning processes
• Reducing infrastructure costs and improving system performance
• Monitoring systems using autoscaling tools, alerts, Grafana, and OpsWorks
• Managing cloud operations and ensuring uptime and stability
• Performing security audits and coordinating external security reviews
• Supporting rapid deployment expansion into new countries
• Troubleshooting infrastructure, OS, and network-level issues
• Collaborating with DevOps and DBA teams across distributed systems
• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team knowledge sharing
• Improving CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of DevOps engineering experience
• Must be based in Europe, Asia, or Latin America
• Experience leading deployment and infrastructure projects
• Strong AWS experience (EC2, VPC, Lambda, S3, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of microservices and service mesh architecture
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP)
• Experience with caching systems (Redis, Memcached, CDN)
• Strong Linux troubleshooting and system optimization skills
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Drone, CodePipeline, etc.)
• Bonus: JVM performance tuning and advanced system optimization
