What You Will Be Doing
- Managing and improving global cloud infrastructure across multiple regions
- Working with DevOps and DBA teams to optimize systems and deployment processes
- Enhancing infrastructure efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization
- Managing autoscaling systems, monitoring tools, and alerting systems
- Maintaining cloud operations and ensuring system reliability
- Supporting expansion of infrastructure into new countries
- Performing security audits and coordinating with external security agencies
- Implementing and improving CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
- Managing Kubernetes environments and containerized deployments
- Monitoring system performance using Grafana and other observability tools
- Troubleshooting infrastructure, OS, and network-level issues
- Mentoring junior DevOps engineers and supporting team growth
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of DevOps engineering experience
- Experience independently leading deployment and infrastructure projects
- Strong AWS experience and cloud architecture knowledge
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of microservices and service mesh architecture
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.)
- Experience with caching systems (Redis, Memcached, CDN, etc.)
- Strong Linux troubleshooting and system optimization skills
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or Drone
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Strong problem-solving and incident response skills
- Bonus: JVM optimization and performance tuning experience
