Lodgify is looking for a Freelance Creative Designer to join its Marketing team and create visually engaging marketing assets that strengthen the company’s global brand.

This role is ideal for someone with strong brand design experience, excellent visual storytelling skills, and an interest in using AI-powered creative tools to improve design workflows.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative assets across digital channels while ensuring brand consistency and exploring innovative design technologies.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Turn complex product features into clear, engaging graphics, illustrations, and product visuals.
• Maintain and evolve Lodgify’s brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Create AI-generated visuals using tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALL·E.
• Research and implement new AI-powered design tools and scalable creative workflows.
• Design landing pages, website assets, and digital materials in Figma using established design systems.
• Create basic motion graphics using pre-built Adobe After Effects templates.
• Work closely with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and product launches.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both branding and marketing campaign work.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, including components and design systems.
• Basic experience creating motion graphics with Adobe After Effects templates.
• Experience using generative AI design tools and building AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Nice to have:
  Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Figma Weave or similar prompt-based design platforms.
