Remote Senior UX/UI Designer Full Time

About This Opportunity

Lodgify is looking for a Remote Senior UX/UI Designer to join its Growth Marketing team and design high-converting user experiences that turn website visitors into active trial users.

This role combines UX strategy, UI design, and data-driven experimentation to improve customer acquisition through intuitive landing pages, signup flows, and early product experiences.

You’ll work closely with product managers, marketers, engineers, and copywriters to create seamless user journeys that increase conversions and support Lodgify’s product-led growth strategy.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design responsive landing pages, signup flows, and activation experiences that improve visitor-to-trial conversion rates.
• Create production-ready UI designs and specifications in Figma for engineering implementation.
• Develop user flows, interaction logic, edge cases, and error states to support smooth user experiences.
• Design personalized user journeys that guide visitors toward successful product adoption.
• Expand and maintain reusable components within the company’s design system.
• Apply Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles to help users discover product value before subscribing.
• Conduct usability testing, user research, and analyze behavioral data to improve design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, engineers, and copywriters on growth experiments and optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
  Strong experience designing SaaS products, web applications, or digital products.
  Ability to manage the complete design process from user experience planning to production-ready interfaces.
  Advanced proficiency with Figma.
  Experience creating responsive interfaces and user-centered design solutions.
  Strong understanding of user flows, interaction design, usability, and conversion optimization.
  Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Nice to have:
  Experience with SaaS subscription products, trial funnels, activation metrics, or Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
  Background in designing conversion-focused websites or marketing experiences.
