What You Will Be Doing
- Handling 20–30 inbound sales calls per day
- Consulting prospective clients on credit repair products and services
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Working toward daily sales goals and performance KPIs
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborating with coaches and sales team members to improve performance
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintaining a positive, high-energy approach during customer interactions
What They’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, call centers, or customer-facing roles
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and performance metrics
- Positive attitude with high motivation and resilience
- Comfort working remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable computer or laptop (minimum 8 GB RAM)
- Headset with microphone and high-speed internet connection
- Credit repair experience is a plus but not required
Notes
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
- Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $3,000–$5,000+ USD
- 100% remote full-time position
