What You Will Be Doing

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide Tier 1 inbound voice support.
• Deliver structured, pre-approved scripted responses.
• Maintain professional and credible investor-facing communication.
• Provide clarification and reassurance based on existing client communications.
• Follow structured call flows and escalation procedures.
• Log and manage customer interactions using JustCall and CRM systems.
• Handle high-volume customer inquiries during peak periods.
• Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in training and continuous learning programs.
• Meet performance targets and collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude while performing assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience or equivalent background.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Neutral accent / westernized communication style.
• Proficiency using computers, software applications, and digital tools.
• Prior CRM knowledge or hands-on experience is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications:
