Hightouch is hiring for a remote Technical Account Manager to support enterprise customers across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, helping them onboard, adopt, and maximize the value of the Hightouch platform.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing the customer journey from onboarding through long-term adoption and success
• Supporting retention and expansion of enterprise customer accounts
• Leading technical onboarding projects and implementation activities
• Providing proactive technical guidance and best practices to customers
• Helping customers maximize the value of the Hightouch platform
• Collaborating with Sales to increase product adoption within organizations
• Working with Support and Engineering teams to resolve technical escalations
• Identifying customer use cases and product improvement opportunities
• Managing implementation timelines and project deliverables
• Acting as a trusted advisor for technical and business-related customer challenges

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems
• Experience managing technical projects and customer implementations
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, APIs, reporting tools, or related technologies
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-first mindset with empathy and relationship-building skills
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
