Mozilla Corporation is hiring for a remote Senior Software Engineer to improve Firefox engineering workflows, CI/CD systems, and developer productivity tools.

What You Will Be Doing
- Improving Firefox development workflows to reduce testing and debugging time
- Building and enhancing internal tools for build, test, and release processes
- Working with distributed engineering teams across multiple regions
- Developing services and automation to improve CI/CD efficiency
- Analyzing workflow data and creating dashboards to identify trends
- Reviewing code and providing technical direction to other engineers
- Collaborating across teams to improve developer productivity tools
- Contributing to system design for scalable engineering infrastructure
- Supporting debugging, integration, and automation improvements
What They’re Looking For
- Strong Python development experience, including backend service development
- Front-end development skills (JavaScript proficiency required)
- Experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or GCP)
- Solid understanding of databases and SQL
- Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and systems
- Experience working across multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android preferred)
- Strong interest in developer productivity and engineering efficiency
- Ability to collaborate in distributed, cross-functional teams
- Bonus: experience with Docker, containerization, large-scale CI systems, version control internals, and data analysis
