Adoreal is hiring for a Social Media Video Editor to create high-volume, short-form video content across its portfolio of healthcare and elective medicine practices.

They are looking for a fast, creative editor who can turn raw footage into engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts using a modern AI-assisted workflow.

What You Will Be Doing

• Editing 10+ publish-ready short-form videos per week across multiple brands
• Creating engaging Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts from raw footage
• Building strong hooks, captions, pacing, and sound design to increase engagement
• Editing before-and-after content while following platform compliance guidelines
• Maintaining brand consistency across different practice accounts
• Repurposing webinars, consultations, podcasts, and long-form content into short clips
• Using AI tools to streamline editing workflows while maintaining quality and originality
• Collaborating remotely with social media, content, and design teams

What They’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio of short-form vertical video content (9:16 format)
• Proven ability to produce content at scale and meet deadlines consistently
• Daily experience using AI-powered video editing tools
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Ability to overlap with US working hours when required
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently from briefs and brand guidelines
• Experience with aesthetics, beauty, medical, wellness, or plastic surgery content is a plus
• Agency or multi-brand editing experience is a plus
• Motion graphics experience using After Effects is a plus
• Color grading skills and strong understanding of social media trends are beneficial
