Remote Recruiting Coordinator Contract Full Time

PermitFlow is looking for a remote Recruiting Coordinator to support its hiring efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating recruitment activities, conducting interviews, and helping manage the hiring process from job posting through onboarding.

What You Will Be Doing

• Create and update job descriptions based on hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen and interview candidates for open positions.
• Evaluate applicants’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Coordinate hiring documentation and onboarding paperwork.
• Help promote the company as an employer of choice.
• Assist with internship recruitment programs.
• Stay informed about employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates for management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Experience working remotely is an advantage.
