Remote Customer Support Specialist & Order Management Full Time
About This Opportunity
Select Saunas is hiring a remote Customer Support Specialist and Order Management to manage the customer journey from purchase through delivery.
You’ll coordinate supplier orders, provide proactive customer updates, resolve shipping and order issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience for premium sauna purchases.

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing customer support via email and phone
- Placing and tracking supplier orders from purchase through fulfillment
- Assigning tracking numbers and proactively updating customers on shipment status
- Coordinating with suppliers, freight carriers, and customers to resolve delivery issues
- Handling returns, freight damage claims, delays, and customer complaints
- Maintaining accurate customer, order, and communication records
- Managing light social media activity, including customer posts, comments, and messages
- Delivering a premium, white-glove customer experience throughout the order process
What They’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of experience in eCommerce customer support, order management, or operations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience learning and using customer support platforms
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience coordinating with suppliers or freight carriers is preferred
- Interest in health, wellness, or saunas is a bonus
- Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Notes
- $10–18 USD/hour (depending on experience and location)
- Performance bonuses based on customer satisfaction, response times, and order accuracy
- Fully remote
