What You Will Be Doing

• Managing onboarding and implementation projects for new clinics
• Acting as the primary point of contact during platform setup and adoption
• Supporting EMR and CRM configuration and data migration processes
• Organizing clinic data to align with analytics and reporting frameworks
• Delivering onsite and remote training for clinic staff
• Providing technical support and resolving platform-related issues
• Monitoring platform adoption and proactively assisting struggling clients
• Creating onboarding materials, guides, FAQs, and training resources
• Communicating product updates, new features, and system changes
• Tracking bugs, feature requests, and recurring support issues
• Collaborating with Product and Growth teams to improve customer experience
• Traveling across Europe to support implementations and training sessions

What They’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer success, software implementation, technical support, or healthcare onboarding
• Experience with EMR systems, CRM platforms, and data migration projects
• Native-level English proficiency (C2)
• Additional European languages are a plus
• Experience managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with healthcare operations including patient intake, billing, scheduling, and documentation
• Experience training clinical and administrative staff
• Strong technical troubleshooting and support skills
• Ability to create documentation, knowledge base content, and self-service resources
• Willingness to travel across Europe regularly
• Organized, proactive, collaborative, and tech-savvy mindset
