What You Will Be Doing

• Developing long-term product strategies aligned with company objectives
• Defining product vision and identifying new market opportunities
• Leading the development and launch of high-impact features and products
• Prioritizing product initiatives and making strategic go/no-go decisions
• Working with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market strategies
• Leading cross-functional teams through complex product projects
• Managing relationships with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to guide product decisions
• Using analytics and business intelligence to support strategic decisions
• Managing major product releases and significant product improvements
• Collaborating with Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Supporting and mentoring junior Product Managers and cross-functional teams

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS company
• Experience defining and launching AI-powered products
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and LLM technologies
• Experience creating product strategies and managing roadmaps
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs
• Data-driven decision-making approach
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Curious, proactive, and open-minded approach to product development
• Bonus Skills:
  Experience working with Quality Assurance practices
  Experience working remotely
  Background progressing from Junior Product Manager to Senior Product Manager
