About This Opportunity
Remote is looking for a remote Senior Product Designer to join its Product Design team and help create user experiences that support global hiring, payroll, and workforce management.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end product design initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product strategy while designing scalable, high-quality user experiences.
The ideal candidate has experience designing complex products, is comfortable working independently, and enjoys collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers in a fully remote environment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Influence product strategy by identifying opportunities alongside stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Apply appropriate research methods to better understand customer needs and product challenges.
- Use AI prototyping to explore concepts, iterate ideas, and develop functional user flows.
- Design high-fidelity user interfaces while maintaining high design quality.
- Lead product vision initiatives and contribute to innovation within your product domain.
- Apply systems thinking to create scalable and consistent user experiences.
- Present and communicate design decisions through clear storytelling and collaboration.
- Share design work openly to gather feedback and encourage cross-team collaboration.
- Promote and contribute to the company’s design system (Norma).
- Ensure user experiences are simple, usable, scalable, and accessible.
- Support the design team by providing feedback, collaboration, and contributing to design culture.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience.
- Ability to identify user problems and design effective user interfaces.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Systems-thinking mindset with experience designing complex products or multiple projects.
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to contributing to design culture and collaboration.
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products in industries such as HRTech or FinTech is preferred.
- Alignment with Remote’s core values.
- Remote work experience is a plus.
