This role involves working with large-scale datasets (petabytes of data) to generate insights, build dashboards, define KPIs, and ensure the accuracy and stability of reporting systems used across the business.

What You Will Be Doing
- Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
- Defining, tracking, and monitoring key business KPIs and OKRs
- Building and maintaining dashboards for stakeholders (product, marketing, executives)
- Translating business questions into structured data analysis and reporting
- Supporting ad hoc analysis for strategic business decisions
- Ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
- Collaborating with data engineering teams on datasets and ETL pipelines
- Supporting and improving reporting infrastructure and self-service analytics tools
- Delivering insights through reports, presentations, and data storytelling
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar data-focused role
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience with Python for data analysis
- Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Metabase or similar)
- Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Bonus: experience in gaming or sports industry
