This role involves working with large-scale datasets (petabytes of data) to generate insights, build dashboards, define KPIs, and ensure the accuracy and stability of reporting systems used across the business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
• Defining, tracking, and monitoring key business KPIs and OKRs
• Building and maintaining dashboards for stakeholders (product, marketing, executives)
• Translating business questions into structured data analysis and reporting
• Supporting ad hoc analysis for strategic business decisions
• Ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
• Collaborating with data engineering teams on datasets and ETL pipelines
• Supporting and improving reporting infrastructure and self-service analytics tools
• Delivering insights through reports, presentations, and data storytelling

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar data-focused role
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with Python for data analysis
• Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Metabase or similar)
• Familiarity with Airflow or similar workflow orchestration tools
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder reporting
• Bonus: experience in gaming or sports industry
