About This Opportunity

SparkLoop is hiring a Marketing Manager to help drive growth, product marketing, and audience engagement for one of the world’s leading newsletter growth and monetization platforms.

This is SparkLoop’s first dedicated “non-content” marketing hire, making it a highly impactful, generalist marketing role focused on product launches, lifecycle marketing, growth experimentation, social media strategy, and marketing operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to coordinate product rollouts, improve the company’s marketing presence, test new acquisition channels, and help shape the future of SparkLoop’s growth strategy.

What You Will Do

• Product Marketing & Launches
  Coordinate launches for new SparkLoop product features and rollouts
  Collaborate with:
  Video agencies
  Support teams
  Internal stakeholders
  Create and execute launch campaigns across multiple channels
• Marketing Website Management
  Update and improve the SparkLoop marketing website
  Optimize messaging, conversion flows, and user experience
  Support ongoing website growth initiatives
• Social Media Strategy
  Own and develop SparkLoop’s social media presence
  Create strategies to grow engagement and brand visibility
  Help strengthen SparkLoop’s positioning in the newsletter industry
• Growth & Acquisition
  Test and implement new growth channels
  Experiment with:
  SEO
  Paid search
  Paid social
  Partnerships
  Affiliate opportunities
  Measure and optimize campaign performance
• Strategic Marketing Projects
  Contribute to broader marketing initiatives and future growth opportunities
  Potentially support:
  Affiliate programs
  Partnership marketing
  Side-project marketing
  Lifecycle marketing initiatives

What They’re Looking For

• Experience
  1+ years working at or with newsletter businesses
  3+ years of experience in growth or marketing roles
  Experience driving measurable business results
  Startup or SaaS experience strongly preferred
• Communication Skills
  Native-level English communication skills
  Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Growth Marketing Knowledge
  Experience with at least 2 of the following:
  SEO
  Paid search
  Paid social
  Affiliate marketing
  Partnerships
  Ability to think strategically while executing quickly
• Preferred Qualifications
  Experience using major ESPs (Email Service Providers)
  Prior SparkLoop product experience
  Personal newsletter ownership
  Experience in creator economy, media, or newsletter ecosystems
• Personality Traits
