Expedock is hiring for a remote Finance Associate in Healthcare to manage day-to-day finance operations for a US-based pediatric healthcare practice.

What You Will Be Doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date books in QuickBooks
- Managing and operating the Relit ERP system
- Tracking bills, payments, and financial obligations to ensure they stay on schedule
- Monitoring financial records and providing overall financial visibility
- Categorizing transactions and reconciling accounts
- Preparing periodic financial summaries and highlighting items requiring attention
- Maintaining organized digital records of invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
- Coordinating with the client’s CPA or external accountant when needed
- Identifying discrepancies, financial trends, and process improvement opportunities
What They’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
- Experience using ERP systems and ability to quickly learn Relit
- Solid understanding of US accounting principles, including chart of accounts, AP/AR, and reconciliations
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work full-time during US business hours
- Preferred: experience supporting US-based small businesses
- Preferred: healthcare finance experience, including insurance reimbursements and patient billing processes
- Preferred: ability to handle sensitive financial information in a HIPAA-aware environment
