About This Opportunity
Catch Creation is looking for an Amazon E-commerce Assistant to support and manage day-to-day Amazon operations within a fast-growing global eCommerce environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in Amazon Seller Central who enjoys working with listings, inventory, PPC campaigns, account management, and eCommerce operations.
You’ll work remotely with an international team helping scale online brands across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
The company is also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow into additional eCommerce systems and tools over time.

What You Will Do
- Create and manage Amazon shipment plans
- Run and optimize Amazon Deals and Coupons
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting
- Manage Amazon Creator Connections activities
- Support and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
- Create and optimize Amazon product listings
- Upload flat files and manage bulk listing updates
- Monitor and resolve Amazon account health issues
- Open, track, and manage Amazon Seller Central support cases
- Conduct A/B testing for product listings and creatives
- Support Walmart account management and other eCommerce platforms when needed
What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or E-commerce Assistant
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central
- Familiarity with shipment plans, flat files, and listings
- Understanding of Amazon Deals, Coupons, and promotions
- Basic Amazon PPC knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Coachable mindset with willingness to learn new tools and platforms
Nice To Have
- Experience with Walmart Seller Center
- Experience with Shopify, eBay, or other eCommerce platforms
- Advanced Amazon PPC experience
- Experience with inventory planning and forecasting tools
- Familiarity with Helium 10 and eCommerce analytics tools
