Lodgify is looking for a Freelance Motion Designer to create engaging video and motion content that brings its brand to life across marketing, product, and digital channels.

This role involves managing projects from concept through final delivery while maintaining consistent visual storytelling and exploring AI-powered creative workflows.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality motion graphics, promotional videos, and brand content that supports business goals and strengthens Lodgify’s visual identity.

What You Will Be Doing

• Create high-quality motion graphics and video content for marketing campaigns, product storytelling, social media, and brand initiatives.
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery while balancing creativity, deadlines, and business objectives.
• Maintain and improve motion design guidelines, reusable templates, and scalable creative systems.
• Produce polished videos using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro with strong storytelling, pacing, music, and sound design.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop compelling visual content.
• Present creative ideas, explain design decisions, and incorporate feedback into projects.
• Support junior designers, freelancers, and external creative partners to ensure brand consistency.
• Research and adopt AI-powered tools and workflows to improve video production efficiency.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in motion design and video production with a strong portfolio.
  Ability to independently manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
  Strong understanding of brand marketing and visual consistency.
  Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  Excellent storytelling, animation, editing, pacing, and sound design skills.
  Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with cross-functional teams.
  Comfortable providing guidance to designers or external collaborators.
  Interest in AI-powered creative tools and workflow automation.
• Nice to have:
  Experience using generative AI video tools such as Runway, Google Veo, Sora, or Mito.
  Familiarity with AI voice and audio tools such as ElevenLabs or Adobe Podcast.
  Experience using AI image generation tools including Midjourney or Adobe Firefly for storyboarding and concept creation.
