What You Will Be Doing
- Managing onboarding and kickoff sessions for new client accounts
- Setting up client accounts, permissions, and platform access (Thinkific LMS)
- Driving product adoption and engagement across client portfolios
- Monitoring client health scores and identifying at-risk accounts early
- Running regular check-ins with client stakeholders and program managers
- Providing day-to-day client support and resolving issues quickly
- Collecting and escalating client feedback to internal teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM records (Notion-based system)
- Supporting account growth through strong relationship management
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in customer success or client services (B2B SaaS or training/education preferred)
- Strong experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders (VP level and above)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (Notion preferred)
- Knowledge of retail, CPG, beauty, or consumer brands is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
