About This Opportunity

B12 is looking for an experienced remote Affiliate Marketer to join their remote team and help build, manage, and scale their affiliate partnership program.

This role focuses on identifying and onboarding affiliate partners, building long-term relationships, negotiating deals, and driving performance-based growth through strategic partnerships.

You will be responsible for managing affiliate operations, tracking performance, and actively expanding the network of partners that support B12’s growth.

This is a hands-on performance and relationship-driven role in an early-stage, fast-moving environment where ownership and execution matter more than process.

What You Will Do

• Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners aligned with the brand and target audience
• Build and manage relationships with strategic partners and high-performing affiliates
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage onboarding of new affiliates
• Oversee daily operations of the affiliate program and ensure smooth execution
• Track affiliate performance, activity, and campaign effectiveness
• Optimize affiliate partnerships to improve conversion and revenue growth
• Expand the affiliate network by engaging smaller partners and scaling outreach efforts
• Coordinate with internal teams to align affiliate strategy with business goals

What They’re Looking For

• 1+ year of affiliate marketing experience (B2B SaaS experience is a plus)
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience building or scaling affiliate or partnership programs
• Ability to manage relationships and negotiate deals confidently
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Background in marketing, communications, or business is preferred

Nice To Have

• Experience in early-stage startup environments
• Experience with SaaS affiliate programs
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Experience working with global partner networks
