About This Opportunity

ElevenLabs is looking for a technically minded remote Technical Customer Support Specialist from Bulgaria, who can quickly resolve user issues, troubleshoot API/browser-related problems, support moderation efforts, and provide an excellent customer experience in a fast-moving AI startup environment.

This is a fully remote contract role focused on high-quality support, documentation, and cross-team communication.

What You Will Do

• Resolve customer support tickets quickly and effectively
• Troubleshoot API, browser, and technical platform issues
• Assist with documentation and help center updates
• Support moderation and review of user-generated content
• Act as the bridge between users and internal teams
• Maintain high-quality customer communication in a remote environment

What They’re Looking For

• 2–3 years in technical customer support (SaaS/startup preferred)
  Experience with APIs, browser troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution
  Strong written communication and customer empathy
  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote team
  Interest in AI, audio technology, and emerging tech
  Detail-oriented and execution-focused mindset
