What You Will Do

• Content & Social
  Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other channels
  Develop B2B content focused on reach and engagement
  Turn internal expertise into structured social content
  Experiment with content formats, hooks, and narratives

   

• Funnels & Audience Warm-up
  Build and support content funnels and nurture flows
  Align content with different funnel stages
  Work with lead magnets, landing content, and sequences

   

• SEO & Long-Form Content
  Create and optimize SEO-driven articles, cases, and pages
  Structure content to support inbound traffic conversion

   

• Presentations & Sales Materials
  Create presentations, one-pagers, and decks
  Package complex ideas into clear narratives
  Support external communication content

   

• Content Systems & Scaling
  Build repeatable content systems
  Identify and replicate high-performing content patterns
  Contribute to building a scalable content engine

What They’re Looking For

• Content Creation Skills
  Strong writing and idea structuring abilities
  Experience creating B2B content for IT, digital products, or services

   

• AI Skills
  Experience using AI tools such as Claude and Perplexity
  Higgsfield experience is a plus

   

• Marketing & Distribution Knowledge
  Understanding of how content spreads, scales, and converts
  Experience with social media content, ideally LinkedIn
  Basic SEO knowledge

   

• Communication
  Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging
  English level B2+

   

• Nice to Have
  Experience in healthcare or digital health
  Understanding of large-scale content systems/content factories
