Analyst – Computer Software Validation Full Time

About This Opportunity

Veeva is hiring a remote Analyst – Computer Software Validation (CSV) from Croatia to support validation activities for clinical trial software systems within its RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management) product area.

In this role, you will ensure that software systems used in life sciences meet strict regulatory, quality, and compliance standards by executing validation processes and working closely with development and project teams.

What You Will Do

• Participate in requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with development and project management teams to define testable requirements
• Execute risk-based software validation testing
• Create and maintain validation documentation (test scripts, reports, trace matrices)
• Manage validation cycles and track issue resolution
• Maintain change control documentation for regulated systems
• Support customers with validation activities when required
• Ensure compliance with industry regulatory standards (CSV environment)

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Computer Software Validation (CSV) or similar QA/validation roles
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of GxP regulations (e.g. 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work in structured, regulated environments
• Experience in clinical trial or life sciences software (preferred)
• Strong Excel / documentation skills (preferred)
