What You Will Be Doing
- Supporting DevOps operations on weekend coverage (Saturday–Monday schedule with flexibility)
- Maintaining and improving cloud infrastructure across multiple global regions
- Optimizing deployment pipelines and environment provisioning processes
- Reducing infrastructure costs and improving system performance
- Monitoring systems using autoscaling tools, alerts, Grafana, and OpsWorks
- Managing cloud operations and ensuring uptime and stability
- Performing security audits and coordinating external security reviews
- Supporting rapid deployment expansion into new countries
- Troubleshooting infrastructure, OS, and network-level issues
- Collaborating with DevOps and DBA teams across distributed systems
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team knowledge sharing
- Improving CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of DevOps engineering experience
- Must be based in Europe, Asia, or Latin America
- Experience leading deployment and infrastructure projects
- Strong AWS experience (EC2, VPC, Lambda, S3, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of microservices and service mesh architecture
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTP)
- Experience with caching systems (Redis, Memcached, CDN)
- Strong Linux troubleshooting and system optimization skills
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Drone, CodePipeline, etc.)
- Bonus: JVM performance tuning and advanced system optimization
