This role acts as a one-person content lab, focused on rapid testing, learning what works, and scaling successful video concepts.

Responsabilities

• Research & Trendspotting
  Identify trending niches and formats in the English-speaking YouTube market
• Content Testing
  Produce 2–3 test videos per concept (script, visuals, editing)
  Use tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI tools
• Storytelling Execution
  Apply hooks, pacing, sound design, and narrative structure
  Optimize videos for engagement and virality
• Scaling & Optimization
  Scale successful concepts across multiple topics (10–30 variations)
  Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, views)
• Collaboration
  Work with AI teams to improve automated content production workflows

Requirements

• Strong understanding of YouTube trends and audience behavior
• Knowledge of viral content principles (hooks, pacing, storytelling)
• Experience editing videos with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Good English communication skills
• Fast execution, experimental mindset, and ability to work independently
• Nice to have:
  Experience with AI video tools (training provided)
  Background in content creation, YouTube channels, or media
