About This Opportunity

We are looking for a Lead Generation Virtual Assistant for a B2B service company we recruit for.
This is a project-based role, ideal for VAs who specialize in list building and already offer lead generation as a service.

Important: We are not the employer. We are the matchmakers.
You will meet with us for an interview and/or directly with the hiring manager.
When we see a strong fit, we make sure your profile is clearly and positively presented to the hiring company.

• Building targeted lead lists based on specific industries

• Using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo (or similar)
• Organizing leads in Google Sheets or CRM format
• Ensuring data accuracy and removal of duplicates
• Delivering clean, structured, ready-to-use lead databases

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation or B2B list building
• Familiarity with lead sourcing tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver clean, structured datasets
• Previous freelance or VA experience preferred
