What You Will Do

• Process supplier invoices and payment runs
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records
• Manage vendor relationships and supplier queries
• Perform ledger reconciliations and maintain PO registers
• Handle credit card processing and transaction tracking
• Support month-end finance activities and reconciliations
• Assist with accruals and audit-ready documentation
• Participate in finance system improvements and testing (Redmap & Pronto)
• Support continuous improvement within finance operations

What They’re Looking For

• Required
  1–3 years of accounts payable or finance administration experience
  Experience using accounting software (Pronto or similar systems)
  Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  High attention to detail and accuracy
  Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
  Adaptable and eager to learn in a changing environment
• Preferred
  Accounting or business studies/background
  Experience in mining, resources, project-based, or publicly listed companies
  Interest in long-term career growth within the business

Work Setup

• Full-time remote role
• Permanent work-from-home setup
• Day shift schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Monday–Friday with weekends off
