Senior Partner Manager- Enterprise Full Time
About This Opportunity
Automattic is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to manage and grow relationships with strategic agency partners, with a strong focus on driving revenue for WordPress VIP (WPVIP).
This is a senior partnership and revenue role where you will own a portfolio of enterprise agency partners, drive adoption of Automattic’s products, and build long-term growth strategies across the partner ecosystem.

What You Will Do
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic agency partners
- Drive revenue growth through partner channels (especially WordPress VIP)
- Own onboarding, enablement, and long-term partner strategy
- Develop and execute retention and net revenue growth strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise agency partners
- Support partner training, adoption, and product enablement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and executive teams
- Represent Automattic at industry events (e.g., WordCamps)
- Gather and relay partner feedback to improve products and strategy
- Identify new growth opportunities within existing partner accounts
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
- 8+ years in Partner Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Strong track record of meeting revenue and NRR targets
- Experience managing large partner portfolios
- Experience working with System Integrators / Global agencies
- Strong C-level communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in SaaS, media, or technology ecosystems preferred
- Ability to travel for partner and industry events
What You Get
- $125,000 – $180,000 USD + commission
- Fully remote globally
