About This Opportunity

As a remote Operations Analyst, you will join the Operations team and support critical functions including payments operations, reconciliations, card operations, and back-office processes.

This role is ideal for professionals with banking, fintech, payments, or financial operations experience who enjoy problem-solving, operational efficiency, and working in fast-paced remote environments.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Support, and Operations teams while helping maintain operational excellence across Xapo’s global banking and crypto ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer transaction issues
• Execute payments to vendors and business partners
• Perform financial reconciliations and data validation checks
• Support Finance teams with transaction and asset reconciliations
• Monitor debit card transactions, settlements, and authorizations
• Manage card disputes and fraud-related operations
• Assist Customer Support with operational inquiries
• Support back-office operational processes and daily workflows
• Participate in operational projects and ad hoc initiatives
• Improve operational policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements

What They’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in payments, reconciliations, card operations, or banking operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel or database-related skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in dynamic environments
• Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
• Interest in fintech, technology, and cryptocurrency
• Preferred Qualifications
  Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Miro
  Familiarity with Finastra or other core banking platforms
  Experience with Mastercard Connect or VISA Online
  Experience using Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace
  Knowledge of crypto or digital asset operations
