About This Opportunity

WooCommerce is scaling its B2B merchant acquisition efforts and is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help build and own the Revenue Operations function from the ground up.

This is a high-ownership, senior IC role focused on designing the systems, data foundations, and operational structures that will support revenue growth at scale across Sales and Customer Success.

You won’t just optimize existing processes- you’ll help build the RevOps function from 0→1, shaping how WooCommerce runs revenue operations long-term.

What You Will Do

• Systems & Data Foundation
  Own RevOps tooling and integrations (Salesforce, Gong, Chili Piper, etc.)
  Build and maintain revenue dashboards and reporting systems
  Establish data governance, quality standards, and access controls
  Identify and fix data/process gaps across revenue systems
  Improve scalability of revenue operations infrastructure
• Sales & Customer Success Enablement
  Build operational foundation for Customer Success (health scoring, churn signals, renewals, expansion workflows)
  Define Sales–CS rules of engagement
  Support enablement systems (structure, not training delivery)
  Improve forecasting and pipeline visibility
• Strategic Revenue Operations
  Build forecasting models (target accuracy within ±10%)
  Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market changes with data
  Own territory planning, quota modeling, and compensation frameworks
  Analyze revenue performance trends (win/loss, churn, retention, cycle time)
  Build executive-level reporting for NRR, CAC, LTV, etc.
  Identify GTM inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  Create merchant health scoring and expansion tracking systems

Requirements

• 6–8+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations
• Experience building RevOps function or major operational rebuild (0→1 strongly preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (flows, integrations, data models)
• Strong analytical skills (SQL or Python preferred, not just no-code tools)
• Deep understanding of RevOps tooling ecosystem
• Experience with forecasting, territory planning, and compensation modeling
• Ability to design scalable systems while solving immediate operational needs
• Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
• Data-first mindset with ability to challenge assumptions using evidence
• Experience partnering closely with Sales and CS leadership
• Nice to have
  Experience in SaaS, commerce, or platform businesses
  Prior experience building RevOps at scale in a fast-growing company
  Exposure to AI-driven analytics or automation in RevOps workflows

What You Get

• $140,000 – $200,000
• Remote (global), fully distributed team
