About This Opportunity
ClinChoice is hiring a Clinical Supply Specialist to support an international biopharmaceutical sponsor across EU and US clinical trial operations.
This role focuses on clinical supply planning, shipment oversight, IRT/RTSM coordination, inventory management, and vendor collaboration within global clinical studies.
The position is offered as a 1-year remote contract within Europe, with the possibility of extension.

What You Will Do
- Support clinical study supply planning, forecasting, and risk mitigation
- Coordinate IRT/RTSM operations, including setup support, UAT, and maintenance
- Manage shipment execution and oversight across EU and US clinical sites
- Track inventory, expiry dates, lot management, and reconciliation activities
- Handle temperature-controlled logistics and shipment issue resolution
- Collaborate with depots, couriers, packaging vendors, and IRT providers
- Prepare KPIs, supply reports, and status updates for stakeholders
- Support deviation handling, change controls, and GMP-compliant processes
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in clinical trial supply chain or supply operations
- Strong understanding of GMP and IRT/RTSM workflows
- Experience managing global clinical shipments and logistics
- Familiarity with EU/US import-export processes and temperature excursion management
- Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience supporting Phase I–III multi-country clinical studies preferred
