Remote Lead Generation Specialist Full Time
About This Opportunity
Nozomi is hiring for a remote Lead Generation Specialist to build qualified sales pipeline through targeted outbound campaigns, with a focus on ICP segmentation, personalized messaging, and converting outbound conversations into sales opportunities.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to test and improve outbound strategies.
What You Will Be Doing
Define and segment Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across Digital Health markets
Turn marketing insights into clear outbound value propositions
Develop and test outbound messaging for different customer segments
Run targeted outbound campaigns through LinkedIn and email
Personalize outreach based on the specific challenges and needs of each segment
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve meeting quality
Track outbound performance based on contribution to qualified sales pipeline rather than lead volume
Test different approaches and use results to improve future campaigns
Requirements
3+ years of experience in SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation roles
Experience in B2B IT or product companies
Experience with ICP segmentation and outbound positioning
Proven ability to generate qualified sales meetings (SAL)
Understanding of product and/or consulting sales cycles
Experience building outbound messaging frameworks
Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn automation platforms
Experience using AI tools for research and personalization workflows
Nice to Have
Experience in Product, Product Studio, or Consulting environments
Familiarity with a Go-To-Market (GTM) experimentation approach
Experience running sprint-based outbound testing
Experience with n8n or other agent-based workflow automation tools
