Remote Administrative Assistant Full Time

About This Opportunity

Nozomi is hiring for a remote Administrative Assistant to support its sales process by keeping the CRM and sales pipeline organized, managing prospect communication, coordinating meetings, and tracking follow-ups and action items.

What You Will Be Doing

Maintain and update the CRM, including deals, stages, and pipeline information
Prepare and send follow-up emails after discovery calls and meetings
Manage inbound and outbound sales email communication
Prepare weekly sales status reports and pipeline updates
Coordinate client meetings, product demos, and internal sales calls
Track action items and deadlines
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Administrative Assistance, Sales Assistance, or a similar coordination role
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently
B2+ level of English

Nice to Have

Experience supporting B2B sales teams
Experience preparing sales reports and pipeline analytics
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM best practices
