Remote is hiring for a Remote Copywriter to shape the company’s brand voice, lead creative campaign storytelling, write high-impact website content, and turn complex global employment topics into clear, engaging content that drives action.

What You Will Be Doing

Define and evolve Remote’s brand voice, tone, and editorial standards.
Lead writing and messaging for creative campaigns from concept through execution.
Write and optimize website content focused on clarity, engagement, and conversion.
Develop reusable messaging frameworks, content formats, and modular content.
Create content that turns attention into action and supports customer growth.
Experiment with new formats, channels, and storytelling approaches.
Use AI to improve content creation while maintaining a strong human editorial perspective.
Work with marketing, product, design, and leadership teams.
Translate complex global employment topics into clear and engaging stories.
Help raise the standard of brand writing across the company.

What They Are Looking For

Proven experience creating high-quality brand and marketing content, especially campaigns and web content.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of voice, tone, and storytelling.
Strong editorial judgment and the ability to know what content is worth creating.
Experience simplifying complex topics for a broad audience.
Understanding of modern content structure, clarity, flow, and conversion principles.
A thoughtful perspective on how AI can support content creation.
Experience creating content that has measurable impact on brand, engagement, or conversion.
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or fintech is helpful, or a strong interest in global employment and the future of work.
