What You Will Do

• Create high-quality, well-researched, and engaging content
• Own and improve the content creation process
• Collaborate with team members on complex content projects
• Work with different style guides and client expectations
• Conduct interviews with clients to gather insights
• Communicate with client stakeholders and manage expectations
• Support clients daily and respond to their needs
• Attend regular client meetings and communicate progress
• Build relationships with bloggers, editors, and writers
• Occasionally publish content on the Minuttia blog
• Participate in internal team meetings (Minuttia Pulse)

Requirements

• Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Experience writing blog posts, landing pages, and other formats
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Notion)
• Strong collaboration skills
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• Experience with SEO tools like Clearscope
• Ability to prepare and conduct interviews
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage email communication effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Native or near-native English

Nice To Have

• 2–3 years of experience in an agency environment
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb)
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar)
• Experience with MockFlow for design mockups
• Understanding of how search engines work
• Experience with Google Search Operators
• Experience with functions like ImportXML and VLOOKUP
• Experience using Loom for video communication
• Existing relationships with bloggers or editors
