What You Will Do
- Create high-quality, well-researched, and engaging content
- Own and improve the content creation process
- Collaborate with team members on complex content projects
- Work with different style guides and client expectations
- Conduct interviews with clients to gather insights
- Communicate with client stakeholders and manage expectations
- Support clients daily and respond to their needs
- Attend regular client meetings and communicate progress
- Build relationships with bloggers, editors, and writers
- Occasionally publish content on the Minuttia blog
- Participate in internal team meetings (Minuttia Pulse)
Requirements
- Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Experience writing blog posts, landing pages, and other formats
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Notion)
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with SEO tools like Clearscope
- Ability to prepare and conduct interviews
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage email communication effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Native or near-native English
Nice To Have
- 2–3 years of experience in an agency environment
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar)
- Experience with MockFlow for design mockups
- Understanding of how search engines work
- Experience with Google Search Operators
- Experience with functions like ImportXML and VLOOKUP
- Experience using Loom for video communication
- Existing relationships with bloggers or editors
