XM (xm.com) is looking for a creative and versatile remote Multimedia Designer – Turkish Speaking, to join their marketing and design team in a fast-paced, international environment.

This role is focused on creating high-quality visual content across digital channels, including animation, video, 3D design, and static creative assets. You’ll work closely with marketing, UI/UX, and production teams to bring ideas to life and strengthen brand presence across global campaigns.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with motion graphics and 3D capability, plus an ability to work efficiently in a performance-driven environment.

What You Will Do

• Conceptualize and design multimedia content including videos, animations, and interactive visuals
• Create static and motion graphics for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and product launches
• Produce and edit promotional videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Develop 3D animations and visual assets using Cinema 4D
• Use Figma for UI/UX and web-related design work
• Leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows and production efficiency
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
• Collaborate with content marketing, UX, and media production teams
• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of visual storytelling and campaign impact

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, or similar creative roles
• Strong portfolio with real-world design projects (mandatory)
• Proficiency in:
  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  Figma (or Sketch / InVision)
  Strong experience in motion design and video editing
  Experience with Cinema 4D or other 3D design tools
  Strong visual storytelling and aesthetic design skills
  Fluent Turkish speaker with strong English communication skills
  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  Strong time management and prioritization skills
  Creative mindset with attention to detail

Nice To Have

• Experience creating ads for performance marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and video tools
• Basic UI/UX design experience
• Experience working in fintech, trading, or digital marketing environments
• Experience working in international, cross-functional teams
