What You’ll Do
Manage email campaigns from creation and copywriting through launch, measurement, and optimization
Build and maintain nurture automations that turn prospects into customers
Create and manage lead magnets, including developing ideas, writing copy, briefing writers, and keeping existing resources current
Identify opportunities to grow the email list through forms, pop-ups, and landing pages
Organize MailerLite accounts, segmentation, and interest groups
Tailor messaging, tone, and sending cadence to different audience segments and industries
Brief and collaborate with writers on blog and email marketing content
Review and improve existing email marketing content and develop more advanced topics
Develop original and underexplored email marketing ideas that can attract search visibility and citations from AI platforms
Define KPIs and analyze email marketing performance
Recommend and implement improvements based on campaign data
Maintain email sending practices in line with deliverability standards and industry best practices
Follow email marketing trends, research, new features, and industry discussions and turn insights into strategy and content
Coordinate with the Email Lifecycle Manager to keep marketing and product/lifecycle email efforts aligned without overlapping responsibilities
What MailerLite Is Looking For
4+ years of hands-on email marketing experience, ideally in SaaS where email is a core growth channel
Strong writing portfolio demonstrating newsletters or campaigns personally written and successfully performed
Experience growing an email list organically
Experience with segmentation and lead magnet creation
Strong editorial judgment and the ability to meaningfully improve existing content
Genuine curiosity about email marketing and a strong personal point of view
Ability to write hands-on while also briefing and working with other writers
Experience with MailerLite or another email service provider (ESP)
Ability to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with CET during standard working hours
