This is a paid referral opportunity. You are compensated for each qualifying completed profile you bring to SkillSpotterZ.

What You Will Do

Find skilled professionals in your region who could benefit from freelance, remote or Virtual Assistant opportunities.
Share our platform with relevant talent through your network, communities, social media or other appropriate channels.
Help them understand how to create a strong and complete profile so they can get discovered by global employers.
Keep an eye out for quality talent in your local market and introduce them to SkillSpotterZ.

Who we’re looking for

You might be a good fit if you:

• Know the freelance, remote work or professional talent community in your country or region
• Already participate in online professional communities or networks
• Enjoy finding and connecting people
• Know where skilled professionals in your region spend time online
• Can recognize a strong professional profile
• Can communicate clearly in English
• Are comfortable working independently

You do not need to be a recruiter.

What matters most is that you know how to identify qualified talent and how to reach out to them.

You know how to write outreach messages that are human, real and genuinely useful to freelancers and remote professionals.

When someone you refer joins SkillSpotterZ and completes a qualifying profile, you will be compensated for that completed profile.

After you apply, your profile will be reviewed. If you qualify, we will accept you and send you:

• Instructions on how to submit the talent you refer
• Payment details and information about the payment platform
• Message templates and examples you can use and adapt to your own style
