Remote Global Legal Assistant Contract Full Time
About This Opportunity
Castle Rock Injury Law is hiring for a remote Global Legal Assistant to provide organized administrative and litigation support, manage legal documents and medical records, and help keep personal injury cases moving using modern legal technology.
This is a legal support role focused on organization, document management, task execution, and administrative litigation support.
You’ll help reduce the attorney’s administrative workload so the team can focus on legal strategy, client communication, and case work.
This is not a traditional litigation paralegal role and does not focus on substantive legal analysis.
The role is suited to someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and interested in using AI-assisted legal tools.

What You Will Do
Download, organize, rename, and upload medical records
Complete assigned tasks in Filevine and keep case information and updates organized
Manage documents in EvenUp and prepare organized materials for case review
Assist with basic pleadings, filings, document preparation, and other litigation support tasks
Maintain consistent document naming and filing practices
Keep litigation files organized and easy to locate and review
Use and learn tools such as Filevine, EvenUp, ChatGPT Pro, and Briefpoint
Complete assigned administrative tasks independently with minimal supervision
Provide clear written updates and support internal legal workflows
What They Are Looking For / Requirements
Previous legal administrative or legal support experience, preferably in personal injury or litigation
Basic familiarity with personal injury documents, medical records, pleadings, filings, or litigation workflows
Strong organizational and document management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable learning and using legal technology and AI-assisted tools
Able to work independently and consistently follow through on assigned tasks
Strong written English and professional communication
Comfortable with repetitive administrative work and supporting the attorney behind the scenes
