What You Will Do

• Business Analysis & Product Ownership
  Manage communication with partners to gather, clarify, and validate business requirements
  Support 2–3 concurrent digital products of varying complexity and size
  Drive product discovery and feature prioritization
  Maintain understanding of product scope, backlog, and release roadmap

   

• Requirements & Documentation
  Create and maintain product documentation including:
  Business ERDs
  Use Case Diagrams
  Epics
  User Stories
  Acceptance Criteria

   

• Stakeholder Collaboration
  Work closely with developers, designers, and partners
  Ensure shared understanding of product scope and delivery priorities
  Adapt requirements based on budgets, technical limitations, implementation complexity, or changing feedback

   

• Product & Strategy Support
  Identify partner needs and propose product solutions aligned with business goals and available resources

What They’re Looking For

• Experience
  3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Manager role
  Experience working in IT or technology environments
  Experience managing multiple products simultaneously

   

• Business Analysis Skills
  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  Experience documenting requirements using:
  Epics
  User Stories
  Use Cases
  Experience with UML and Business ERDs

   

• Tools
  Experience with:
  Figma
  Asana
  Google Sheets
  Google Docs
  Notion

   

• Communication
  English level B2+ or higher

   

• Nice to Have
  Experience in fixed-price or resource-constrained delivery environments
  Experience creating high-level prototypes or sketches
  Familiarity with Web, Android, and iOS platform differences
  Strategic thinking and ability to identify product opportunities
  Startup or cross-functional team experience
