The successful candidate will collaborate across Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy in deal setup and contract processes, while supporting Salesforce data integrity and sales execution workflows.

What You Will Do

• Process sales transactions, including contract validation and PO review
• Monitor and triage support tickets from the sales team
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accuracy in deal setup
• Maintain and update Salesforce with accurate deal and contract data
• Identify and flag process inefficiencies or blockers
• Support structured workflows and operational accuracy
• Maintain and execute pre-sales and post-sales activities supporting global sales teams

What They’re Looking For

• Experience
  1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or similar roles

   

• Skills & Requirements
  Proficiency in English and Spanish
  Experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  Strong attention to detail and consistency in process execution
  Proven ability to manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

   

• Nice to have
  Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting
  Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk
  Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
  Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite
  Understanding of B2B sales processes
