What You Will Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
• Partnering with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies
• Screening and interviewing technical and non-technical candidates
• Using recruitment metrics and analytics to improve hiring decisions
• Leveraging AI tools to streamline sourcing and candidate evaluation
• Assessing candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Maintaining applicant tracking systems and talent databases
• Building and managing talent pipelines across multiple regions
• Supporting international hiring across different time zones
• Contributing to HR and cross-functional initiatives beyond recruitment

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced global environment
• Native or C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of technology, AI, and technical hiring
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and AI-powered sourcing tools
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Interest in supporting broader HR functions and cross-departmental projects
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across multiple time zones

• Starting hourly rate is negotiable based on skills and experience
• Contractor position paid monthly via wire transfer
