Ashby is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) – EMEA to help drive outbound pipeline growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Ashby is a fast-growing, venture-backed enterprise SaaS company building modern recruiting software used by high-growth and enterprise companies such as OpenAI, Shopify, Ramp, Notion, and Snowflake.
In this role, you will be part of the founding EMEA BDR team, responsible for identifying and engaging high-quality prospects, generating pipeline, and supporting outbound sales strategy.
This is a high-growth, entry-to-mid-level sales role with a strong pathway into Account Executive (AE) positions.
