SparkLoop is hiring a Mid/Senior Level Full-Stack Rails Engineer to help build and scale one of the fastest-growing newsletter growth platforms used by top creators and media companies worldwide.

This role focuses on developing and maintaining complex, high-impact product features across SparkLoop’s platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering and Growth teams to build scalable SaaS solutions, improve infrastructure, and contribute to the future of newsletter growth technology.

This is an ideal opportunity for experienced Ruby on Rails developers who enjoy autonomy, ownership, startup environments, and building products used by thousands of publishers and creators.

What You Will Do

• Full-Stack Product Development
  Build and ship new product features end-to-end
  Develop scalable and maintainable Rails applications
  Work across frontend and backend systems
  Contribute to product architecture and technical decisions
• Engineering Collaboration
  Collaborate closely with:
  Engineering teams
  Growth teams
  Product stakeholders
  Help ensure successful feature rollouts and product improvements
• Infrastructure & Scalability
  Support infrastructure scaling as the platform grows
  Improve application reliability and performance
  Maintain scalable and performant systems

  Write secure, maintainable, and accessible code
  Contribute to clean engineering processes and workflows

• Experience
  Minimum 3 years of professional Ruby on Rails experience
  Strong experience building web applications and SaaS products
  Experience with:
