Custodio & Dubey LLP is hiring a Client Interview Specialist to support its Habitability department by conducting detailed client interviews, gathering critical case information, and helping ensure high-quality legal support for individuals facing difficult housing and living conditions.
This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who combines empathy, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive client interactions in a professional and organized manner.

What You Will Do
- Conduct detailed intake interviews with clients experiencing habitability and housing-related issues
- Gather, organize, and document important case information accurately
- Enter client information into legal templates, forms, and Microsoft Word documents
- Perform follow-up calls and maintain communication with clients regarding case updates
- Use AI-powered transcription and call recording tools for documentation and workflow management
- Coordinate closely with the Habitability department and legal support teams
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and professionalism throughout all client interactions
Successful Candidates Have
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong empathy and patience when working with clients in sensitive situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage long, structured interviews
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, VOIP phone systems, and AI transcription tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Professionalism, organization, and strong follow-through skills
- Spanish language proficiency is considered a strong advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly compensation ranging from $1,200 – $1,500 USD depending on experience and performance
