What You Will Do

• Edit short-form and long-form marketing videos for multiple social media platforms
• Collaborate directly with the Creative Director on pacing, storytelling, hooks, and engagement strategies
• Create motion graphics and animations that improve visual storytelling and retention
• Add captions, on-screen text, sound design, transitions, and b-roll to strengthen content performance
• Adapt videos to different platform formats and audience behaviors
• Test and refine editing styles based on engagement and performance metrics
• Maintain fast turnaround times while handling multiple content projects
• Organize project files and ensure consistency across deliverables
• Work closely with content creators and marketing teams to align creative output with brand direction

Successful Candidates Have

• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form marketing content with proven engagement results
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong motion graphics and animation skills
• Deep understanding of pacing, viewer psychology, storytelling, and retention strategies
• Experience using captions, music, sound effects, b-roll, and visual effects to improve engagement
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative or marketing team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to implement feedback quickly
• Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently in a remote environment

Work Model

This is a fully remote, part-time contract role requiring approximately 20 hours per week.
Crisp is looking to fill the position immediately and is seeking someone interested in a long-term creative partnership rather than one-off freelance project work.
