In this role, you will act as an expert-level Product Manager, driving the development of English language assessment products used globally in institutional settings. You’ll translate business needs into product solutions, lead delivery, and mentor team members while ensuring strong alignment with market needs and customer experience.

What You Will Do
- Define product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end feature development
- Lead a cross-functional squad (UX, development, etc.) to deliver product outcomes
- Gather customer insights and validate product opportunities
- Prioritize and manage epics, user stories, and product requirements
- Lead agile ceremonies and planning processes
- Collaborate with research, marketing, and operations teams
- Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve products
- Support go-to-market strategy and product adoption
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to team development
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product management (digital platforms preferred)
- Experience working in agile environments and leading product delivery
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to define product requirements and prioritize effectively
- Experience using data to drive product decisions
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring or supporting team members
