Chainlink Labs is hiring a remote HR Tech Product Manager (People Systems Analyst focus) to own and improve the company’s People Technology ecosystem.

In this role, you will manage and enhance HR systems, drive scalable system configurations, and deliver high-quality people analytics that support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

You will work closely with People teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

What You Will Do

• Own and administer People Technology systems (e.g., Workday, Lattice, Ashby)
• Configure systems and deliver scalable HR workflows and solutions
• Build and maintain people analytics, reports, and dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR systems
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions
• Support HR reporting and analytics initiatives with insights and tooling
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain operational stability
• Lead cross-system data governance and compliance practices
• Support continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
• Ensure proper testing, configuration management, and documentation standards

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in HRIS or People Systems roles
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Workday administration at scale
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Absence
• Experience with Workday reporting (RaaS, custom reports, calculated fields)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
• Experience with system configuration, EIBs, testing, and release management
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with sensitive HR data and governance standards
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
