What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing calendars, meetings, and daily schedules
• Organizing emails and prioritizing inbox communication
• Coordinating tasks between internal teams and clients
• Preparing documents, notes, and meeting summaries
• Handling basic project tracking and follow-ups
• Supporting day-to-day business operations
• Keeping workflows organized and structured

Requirements

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Strong written English communication
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, or ClickUp
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with business owners or executives
• Able to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
